In june, 2016 we partnered with the Rwanda Agriculture Board to provide the farmers with irrigation equipment as a loanThe irrigation equipment in useThe total cost of the equipment was $3000.00Te results were a 200% – 300% increase in food production in just 2 monthsTwisungane group had their first food surplus in the dry seasonThe group is now focusing on growing for local marketsDeo continues to work with farmers on better farming methods and accounting practicesWe are seeing more and more healthy plants that fetch the best prices at market
